Nika is a sweet and playful Maltese puppy. Always full of energy, she loves to dart around the house and play with her toys. Nika is very affectionate, she's quite the licker, and loves being the center of attention. This figurine's fleece wool base was shaped and "dressed" out of two layers; her undercoat was created from Mohair fibers and then embellished with a Merino wool coat to create that characteristic fluffiness. She has a cute face with various needle felted details such as her nose and mouth along with expressive eyes. Nika has many other fine details, including her realistic paws, ears and tail as well as the carefully placed curls and locks all over her body.
